Accurate recording of issues and actions is important to any organization wanting to control their product/solution output quality and to maintain their standards of service.
Without the ability to effectively monitor problem/issues and the associated action plans, which in themselves can be a good indicator of performance and improvement then an organization can easily fall in to “fire-fighting” or “crisis” mode.
Having a clear understanding of the number, type and re-occurrence of issues being faced and the corrective/preventative actions being put in place to resolve those matters, being able to determine who is doing what and by when; who is overdue and overloaded are all key attributes to ensuring success in the environment.
PROQUIS system allows recording, monitoring and analysis of issues and actions. This is the centre for all problem resolution management within PROQUIS. Wherever the problems are initially recorded (via Customer Care/Complaints, Supplier Control/Actions, Audit Management/Non-Conformances, etc.), these are ALL visible within this module. As such, it provides a superb centre for the monitoring and analysis of all "issues" that occur within the organization, from initiation, through rectification, and preventative actions.
For example, if a simple complaint is logged via Customer Care, this shows immediately on the Fault Log. It may then be decided that it is necessary to raise some internal actions, vendor actions or perhaps a training review. These can all be initiated and then monitored from the Fault Log.
Notification rules can be defined based on the type and severity of the problem, thus ensuring that all the right people are informed of problems as they happen. Operations or Quality and Systems Managers will appreciate the ability to see the big picture. So, the outstanding events will never be left unattended with PROQUIS due to the system’s internal and external email, reminders and even escalation rules to ensure the relevant tasks are dealt with.
The module quickly searches for proven issue resolutions – using the PROQUIS bank of information available whenever it is required so why have employees struggle to resolve an issue if the standard procedure is in place? PROQUIS Issues and Action analyzes issues through determination of the volume of reasons and causes, their costing and its affect on the overall business. The logical analysis of problem produces the solution at the click of a mouse!
PROQUIS Issues and Actions Module is integrated with all other modules to provide you with non conformity login from all areas such as customer complaints, audits non conformances and supplier issues and actions. All of these problems or issue records are ultimately stored within the Issues and Actions Module and may be viewed, edited and analyzed there.
