Performance monitoring & tracking of supplier problems & actions can be managed directly or through the supplier portal which has controlled access for specific functionality
The module gives you the ability to complete supplier details including name, addresses, correspondence and more. Vendor records can be categorized using supplier analysis fields and the person responsible. Records are easily searchable and quickly manipulated for your company’s supplier management and overall sales. Correspondence is an integral feature for tracking all communications. This may be a letter, a fax or perhaps some detailed specifications on parts you need - it could be any document of any type. PROQUIS system uses all existing editors and templates through one input screen. Contacts and correspondence are available at a glance – with the ability to insert e-mails into the system directly from Microsoft Outlook (no copy and paste required), to attach documents and any relevant files e.g. audio, imaging.

As you enter the questions and record the answers, the scores are checked against the levels you set and warnings are given if necessary. The information is available at any time, instantly and presented in the format that is meaningful and useful to your business!
PROQUIS also allows you to set a review date to automatically warn you when the next audit is due. The system can also caution you about individual vendors that are not meeting the performance levels you define. The levels are based on the quantity of goods coming in from the vendor, balanced against the number of rejects and how late the delivery is. The percentage criteria are all user definable.
