Proquis Document Control automatically archives all previous versions so that only the newly edited versions are available for review. The full history of documents can include improvements, rejections, the parties involved, and control and retention rules allocated to that document. You can also define the retention period of documents based on number of years and revisions.

With Proquis Document Control, the document authorization process is simple. It is easy to make a document change request with this module, even if you are not the owner of the document. When a change request is raised, a notification is sent to the document owner and/or approver. With the notification, each change request that is raised is then attached to a document review record for the specific draft revision which keeps all change/improvement requests for a document in a single record. Whether the request is accepted, rejected, or deferred, the owner will be automatically notified of the final decision.
