The whole process occurs in two stages:

Need Identification

We understand that your needs will vary based on the size & nature of the business. The consultants will get into customer shoes to identify current compliance management requirements and will help develop a roadmap based on organization’s objectives. Our consultants play a critical role at every stage to ensure the expectations are clearly translated into application of the system.

Installation

The system is installed in a few key stages:

Pre- Installation Stage – This stage forms the basis of entire installation process. It starts with the comparison of specification of the current primary system in the organization with the PROQUIS live system.

Project Planning – We believe preparation is vital to success. The project planning stage offers setting up of time frames vs. customer expectations and achievements. This will prepare a roadmap of entire process.

Test / Validation system Install – This stage is consultants’ interpretation of customer needs & expectations. It aims at configuring our test system to provide a clear understanding in test mode and acts as the “initial orientation” for the customer. Also, this allows the customer to figure out various ways to use the system where they can suggest any changes to suit organizational objectives.

Live/ Production System Install - After the successful completion of the above stages, live system is installed and rolled out to key users such as Quality Assurance Manager, Business Manager, IT Manager and Project Leaders etc.

System Orientation - Once the live system is installed, consultants provide orientation session for key users so that they build a good understanding of the entire system before it is rolled out to the whole business unit / organization. Training modules are prepared and course is conducted for a wider audience to make the system roll out effective.
